• Minimum Diploma or relevant industry certification in Air Conditioning or Refrigeration.
• At least 3years of industry experience
• HNTec Apprenticeship in Refrigeration & Air Condititoning Services, Ntec Apprenticeship in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or any relevant courses.
• Skilled in air conditioning maintenance, troubleshooting and repair
• Proficient in installing split unit systems, including piping and wiring preparation

• Able to prepare servicing / maintenance and installation reports upon completion
• Capable of preparing cost estimates for servicing, maintenance and installation works

• Minimum GCE O level
• NTec in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Light Vehicle Mechanics or any relevant courses
• Skilled in hydraulic system maintenance and repair
• Experienced in repairing heavy vehicles including cranes (25T – 250T), hiab trucks, dump trucks, boom lifts, prime movers with trailers, and stationary equipment (generators, welding machines)
• Knowledgeable in engine and gearbox overhauls

• Proficient in troubleshooting and rectifying mechanical faults
• Skilled in hydraulic system maintenance and repair
• Able to perform basic electrical wiring tasks

Electrician

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Possess a valid Pass Card issued by the Department of Electrical Services (DES), Brunei Darussalam, to carry out Electrical Works under categories E01, E02, and E05

• Assist engineers in ensuring all works comply with contract specifications and technical standards.
• Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective/Condition-Based Maintenance (CCM) across all facility systems, ensuring functionality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities for audits and reporting purposes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant course
• Technical knowledge in cable pulling, fire alarm systems, distribution boards (DB), etc

• Strong project management skilles (budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, progress reporting)
• Expereienced in construction supervision

• Minimum IBTE Skill Certificate or CITB Scaffolding Part A or equivalent approved by Construction and / or Safety Regulatory Authority
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Scaffolding

• Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolds up to 7m height or 3 lifts only
• Loading / unloading material, assisting crew with scaffold erection / dismantling, and participation in safety meetings
• Assisting scaffold leadman in the erection and dismantling of scaffolds

• Minimum IBTE Skill Certificate or CITB Scaffolding Part B or equivalent approved by Construction and / or Safety Regulatory Authority
• Minimum 1 year to 3 years experience in Scaffolding

• Loading / unloading material, assisting crew with scaffold erection / dismantling, and participation in safety meetings
• Assisting scaffold leadman in the erection and dismantling of scaffolds
• Able to work independently from instructions given by supervisors

• Minimum IBTE Skill Certificate or CITB Scaffolding Complex or equivalent approved by Construction and / or Safety Regulatory Authority
• Expereienced in erecting, dismantling and inspecting various types of scaffolding in accordance with safety procedures and industry standards

• Responsible to monitor scaffolders to erect / dismantle scaffold
• Responsible for the erection and maintenance of all scaffolding
• Ensure that all scaffolding materials and erected structures confirm to company HSE standards
• Responsible to do daily progress reporting and attendance evaluation for employee
• All erection and dismantle to be monitor and record at daily progress report

• Degree in Engineering or Construction / Any equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years practical experience in planning of minor and/or major projects, both offshore and onshore in Oil and Gas industry.
• Have knowledge on Planning Software – Managing Project in Primavera P6 (Basic)

• Responsible to prepare the resource plan including manning, materials & HSE equipment demand and capacity to meet the requirement.
• To highlight issues and concerns as per Company’s and Client’s requirement.
• To consolidate the Daily Progress Reports from various offshore locations provided . The report includes PT hours, Accomplish Manhours, Remaining Manhours, Look Ahead requirement, Issues & Concerns, and Weather Forecast.
• To provide Gap Analysis for resources in terms of manning and materials.
• Track and monitor work performance against plan including PT.
• Prepares look ahead activities and mitigation plan whenever required.
